What is a CSA?
A CSA (community supported agriculture) is a partnership program between us (the farmers), our land, and CSA members (that's you)! Members support their farmers by purchasing a share in the spring when a new season begins. With your committed support, we can offer you consistent access to locally grown produce throughout our season! In exchange, members pick up a curated produce box from us at one of our three pickup locations each week from July 1 - Oct 2.
What are
the benefits?
For you
-
Weekly, you’ll receive locally grown, freshly harvested, pesticide-free produce throughout the season that is nutrient-dense and grown with care.
-
Connect face-to-face with your food producers (us) and other local food lovers! We love sharing with you every week!
-
Support a cooperative farm that values worker labour and contributes to a localized and resilient food system.
-
Connect with the seasonality and richness of produce grown in the prairies.
-
Produce that is free of supply chain disruptions and major market forces.
For Us & the Land
-
Supports us in managing early season costs while starting production for the season.
-
Allow us to concentrate on producing great food instead of marketing by ensuring a guaranteed customer base through the CSA.
-
Encourage meaningful work in agriculture that is directly tied to the needs of our community and the land.
-
Support farming methods that contribute to biodiversity, increased soil health, and contributing to fewer food miles.
-
Practice more efficient and less wasteful food production, including reduced food packaging and less food waste where even "ugly" produce finds a home.

How Does it Work?
-
Each week, we’ll send you an email with all the details for what produce and treats we’ve curated for you. We’ll also include updates from the farm, agricultural events or news, recipes we’re loving and any other highlights you should know.
-
Meet us at your pick-up location with a bag or box for your produce and any questions you have about what you’re getting (Check out the FAQ if you’re going to miss a week).
-
If we haven’t seen you by the last half hour, we’ll give you a call or text to remind you that your produce is a-waitin!
-
Rinse and repeat until the end of season!
What is in the Box?
You can expect between 6-8 items each week (but heads up! the first couple of weeks on the lighter side while growing ramps up). If you’re a single person household, you’ll be indulging in veggie-forward meals. For two-person households, you’ll be including veggies in most of your meals. For families and households bigger than 2, you’ll be supplementing your weekly grocery shop with local goodness! The price of our 14 week 2025 CSA is $400.
If you’re thinking, “I can’t eat that many vegetables”, consider sharing a CSA produce box with your bestie, family, neighbour, or coworker.
During the 14 weeks of our CSA, we’ll grow a huge variety of produce! There will be some choice options to suit your preferences each week; keeping you inspired and eating a diverse diet. Here’s a peek into what you can expect:
